Responsibilities
- Conduct Daily Walks: Safely walk dogs of various sizes and breeds, ensuring they get proper exercise and mental stimulation.
- Waste Management: Immediately clean up after dogs during walks to maintain hygiene.
- Health Monitoring: Observe dogs for any signs of illness or injury and report them to the owner promptly.
- Hydration & Safety: Ensure dogs are well-hydrated and keep them on a leash at all times in public areas.
- Basic Obedience: Reinforce basic commands (sit, stay, come) during walks to ensure good behavior.
- Client Communication: Provide updates and photos to pet owners via our app after every walk.
Qualifications
- Passion for Pets: Must genuinely love dogs and possess a patient, caring demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, responsible, and able to maintain a consistent schedule.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to walk for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs (dog weight).
- Transportation: Must have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Background Check: Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
