Responsibilities
- Provide safe and engaging walks for dogs of all sizes and breeds
- Administer medications and follow specific care instructions as needed
- Monitor pet behavior and report any health or behavioral concerns
- Maintain detailed daily logs of walks and pet activities
- Transport pets to vet appointments or dog parks when required
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional communication
- Adhere to all safety protocols and leash laws in Atlanta
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation with pet-safe vehicle
- Current pet first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
