Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain a pristine workspace by sanitizing equipment, organizing supplies, and ensuring compliance with health standards
- Efficiently manage POS systems, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations and minimal wait times
- Support inventory management by tracking supplies and communicating restocking needs
- Actively participate in product tastings and training sessions to expand coffee knowledge
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US
- Previous food service or customer experience preferred but not required
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail under pressure
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and transactions
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
