Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus and answer detailed questions about food items and ingredients.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring temperature and presentation standards are met.
- Clear tables and reset dining areas promptly to maintain cleanliness.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Address guest needs and resolve any complaints with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and splitting bills.
