Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly table service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Accurately take orders and process payments using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Manage table rotations and maintain clean dining stations
- Upsell specialty cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local charm
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of New Orleans cuisine advantageous
- Valid Louisiana alcohol service certification (TIPS)
