Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, beverage refills, and check presentation
- Master menu knowledge and recommend dishes/beverages to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless order execution
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and sanitation standards
- Process payments accurately through POS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Indiana Food Handler/Sanitation certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Basic math skills for order accuracy
