Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing suggestions
- Process orders accurately through POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table cleanliness and maintain a pristine dining environment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Contribute to opening/closing duties including side work and restocking
- Upsell specials and high-margin menu items to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless service during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred, not required
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (TABC certification provided)
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Food safety awareness and cleanliness standards
