Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Upsell specials and beverages to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with grace and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the dining room for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Food Handler’s certification or willingness to obtain one.
