Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks with precision, ensuring proper presentation and timing.
- Handle all payments accurately and process transactions using POS systems.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and set up correctly for each service.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience and meet revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional server experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and alcohol service regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
