Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLA targets
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
- Assist in onboarding new team members during peak periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
