Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system efficiently.
- Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
- Clean and reset tables between service to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Cash out checks accurately and process payments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must have a valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
