Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of our company. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience for every client who contacts us.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and order status updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and offering effective solutions.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM database.

Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
