Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a 20-25 hour work week.
