Responsibilities
- Respond to Inquiries: Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer emails, chat messages, and phone calls.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose technical or billing-related problems using our knowledge base and internal support tools.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed, organized records of all customer interactions and issue resolutions within the CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Collect user feedback and relay critical insights to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
- Self-Service Support: Assist in creating and updating FAQs and knowledge base articles to empower customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
