- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Act as the main liaison between the client and internal product teams to resolve issues and gather feedback.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to track client progress and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute client success strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Document client interactions and account status updates in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is required.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts effectively.
- High level of empathy and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
