Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Resolve complex issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the support team to document feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be available for evening shifts, weekends, or flexible rotating schedules.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for remote positions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and solve problems on the fly.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software is a plus.
