As an Evening Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand during our peak hours, ensuring every client interaction is seamless and satisfactory.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails during the evening shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy.
