Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately using our POS systems.
- Update customer account information and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy (typing, email, and data entry).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
