Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles, including both full-time and part-time positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer extension.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, and Boolean searches, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and cultural requirements.
- Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure a perfect match for the role.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in full-time and part-time roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment software (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
