Your Mission

Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical roles using Boolean search and social media platforms.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume reviews, and scheduling interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of candidates for our clients.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and update records accurately.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging tech trends and talent pools.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruitment or sales support is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development roles (Java, Python, AWS, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom.
