Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech communities.
- Conduct technical interviews to assess coding skills, system design, and problem-solving abilities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to candidates.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
- Relevant degree or certification in HR, Business, or a related field.
