Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and local networking events.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends in the Memphis, TN job market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Strong understanding of the Memphis, TN job market and local industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours (Part-time and Full-time availability considered).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
