Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social media channels.
- Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified technical talent (Software Engineers, IT Support, DevOps).
- Posting job openings on various job boards and company career pages.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining candidate records.
- Providing feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, software development lifecycle, and IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of candidates.
- Strong research and networking abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
