Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for achieving 2026 carbon neutrality targets
- Lead implementation of AI-driven energy optimization systems across 50+ facilities
- Oversee ESG data collection and reporting automation using blockchain technology
- Manage $2M+ budgets for sustainable tech infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with R&D teams to commercialize circular economy innovations
- Drive vendor partnerships for renewable energy and waste reduction tech
- Present sustainability impact metrics to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech management with 3+ years focused on sustainability initiatives
- Proven experience implementing carbon-neutral technology frameworks
- Expertise in IoT, AI, and blockchain for environmental applications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Tech, or related field
- LEED Green Associate or similar sustainability certification required
- Strong background in ESG compliance reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Proficiency in sustainability data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
