Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on scalable AI infrastructure and autonomous agents.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Oversee the integration of next-gen machine learning models into existing enterprise ecosystems.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess their viability for business adoption.
- Present technical strategy and roadmaps to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
