Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals and market opportunities for the year 2026.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as AI, quantum computing, and advanced data analytics into our core infrastructure.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to execute the 2026 vision effectively.
- R&D Oversight: Manage research and development initiatives to ensure we are patenting and deploying innovative solutions ahead of the competition.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and key stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all strategic initiatives adhere to industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications for 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable roadmaps and project plans.
