Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and food items according to our recipes.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines efficiently and safely.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including espresso machines, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system with accuracy.
- Upsell products and suggest coffee pairings to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- A valid Food Service Worker card or ability to obtain one.
