Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions
- Uphold stringent cleanliness and sanitation standards across all service areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Participate in ongoing product training and seasonal menu launches
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk texturing techniques
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Exceptional communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
