Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks using espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Manage inventory and maintain pristine café sanitation standards
- Train new baristas on beverage recipes and POS systems
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Develop seasonal menu items featuring local ingredients
- Engage with customers to build lasting community relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months café or hospitality experience
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Basic cash handling proficiency
