Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests: Provide a warm welcome and manage the seating arrangement efficiently.
- Take Orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Service Excellence: Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring temperature and presentation standards are met.
- Guest Relations: Anticipate guest needs and address any inquiries or complaints with professionalism and grace.
- POS Management: Process payments efficiently and handle cash handling with precision.
- Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a clean dining experience for the next guests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume kitchen and dining environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
- Documentation: Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Card (where required).
