Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, establishing a welcoming atmosphere immediately upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns with grace.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next service cycle.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Cash out guests and process payments accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or in high-volume customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with basic POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant.
