Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, warm, and professional service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive until their departure.
- Present menus with expertise, answer detailed questions regarding ingredients and preparation, and make knowledgeable recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders via the POS system, meticulously noting dietary restrictions and allergies to ensure guest safety.
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately, while actively monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing needs proactively.
- Handle all financial transactions with precision, balancing cash and credit payments efficiently at the end of each shift.
- Maintain pristine standards of cleanliness in dining areas, tables, and service stations to uphold our high-quality reputation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is preferred, though a strong passion for hospitality and a 'can-do' attitude are essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor that creates a positive environment.
- Ability to stand and navigate the dining room for extended periods with stamina and energy.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling, tipping calculations, and POS entry.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
