Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Service guests throughout the meal with speed, accuracy, and a focus on hospitality.
- Clean tables and maintain a pristine dining environment during and after service.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Upsell specials and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is mandatory.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
