Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Accurately process orders using our digital POS system
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages
- Manage table turnover with efficiency and grace
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff during peak hours
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience
- Food Handler's Certification (CA compliant)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Must pass background check
