Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master 150+ menu items and beverage pairings
- Process payments accurately through POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar for seamless service
- Upsell premium cocktails and seasonal specials
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/server experience required
- CA Food Handler & Alcohol Service certification
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer/spirits
- Ability to work weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and communication
- Basic POS proficiency (Toast/OpenTable preferred)
