Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor, ensuring optimal table turnover.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make knowledgeable recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain a pristine dining environment, including resetting tables and cleaning service stations.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a fine-dining or upscale establishment is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- A valid Food Handler’s card or ability to obtain one.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
