Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver orders in a timely manner and ensure all guest satisfaction requirements are met.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and process payments securely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service station throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid food handler's card or willingness to obtain one.
