Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
- Take and accurately transmit food and beverage orders to the kitchen.
- Deliver orders efficiently and answer questions regarding menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous server or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
