Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming dining atmosphere.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Take and transmit accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems.
- Keep tables clean and reset for the next guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
