Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit high-complexity smart contracts primarily in Solidity and Rust for EVM-compatible chains.
- Implement and optimize gas-efficient transaction logic and off-chain indexing strategies.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities before deployment.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to integrate dApps with backend smart contract logic.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for the 2026 roadmap.
- Stay abreast of the latest Ethereum upgrades and Web3 security best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and Solidity language features.
- Proven experience deploying and maintaining smart contracts in production environments.
- Familiarity with at least one high-level language such as Rust or Go for backend development.
- Strong grasp of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
