Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from defining job requirements to extending offers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, social media, and networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Conduct effective phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a transparent and efficient hiring process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and technical stacks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate offers effectively.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Self-motivated with a keen ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
