Responsibilities
- SEO & Recruitment Strategy: Optimize job postings and company profiles using SEO best practices to improve search engine ranking and attract high-quality candidates.
- Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks; conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; manage the interview calendar efficiently.
- Market Analysis: Monitor recruitment trends and competitor activities to refine our hiring strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Candidate Engagement: Provide exceptional communication and support to candidates throughout the application and interview process.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate data and status updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Tools: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Location: Must reside in or near San Diego, CA.
