Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process during evening hours. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical positions, ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Conduct initial phone screens and virtual interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Sourcetop talent using various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search strategies.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve hiring metrics and processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or HR is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in an evening schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
