Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for specific departments, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline metrics in our Applicant Tracking System.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related HR field.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of technology stacks and the ability to understand technical job requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
