Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for both full-time and part-time positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) to build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct compelling phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of local Milwaukee market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise candidates and clients effectively.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Milwaukee, WI job market and network of local professionals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, consultative tone.
- Tools: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to work flexibly, handling a high volume of requisitions and meeting tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
