Responsibilities
- Design Resilient Systems: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and real-time AI processing.
- Predictive Scaling: Implement intelligent auto-scaling solutions that optimize resource allocation based on predictive demand modeling.
- Security & Compliance: Lead the integration of next-gen encryption protocols and ensure full compliance with evolving global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the strategic migration of monolithic systems to microservices and serverless architectures.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and conduct deep-dive architectural reviews to ensure code quality and system integrity.
- Innovation Labs: Explore emerging technologies, including edge computing and quantum-ready algorithms, to integrate into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems engineering.
- Programming: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or Java, with a strong understanding of concurrency and parallel processing.
- AI Integration: Proven experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning pipelines into production environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical strategy from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
