Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, ensuring scalability and security for future demands.
- Develop and optimize high-frequency trading algorithms and autonomous navigation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap and technical milestones.
- Implement best practices for cloud infrastructure, ensuring 99.999% uptime for critical systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to prepare our stack for the year 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
