Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-fidelity spatial interfaces using Unity3D and Unreal Engine 5.
- Optimize 3D rendering pipelines and physics simulations to ensure 60+ FPS performance on mixed reality headsets.
- Implement advanced spatial mapping and SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI researchers to translate human behavior patterns into intuitive spatial design.
- Integrate real-time computer vision and sensor fusion APIs.
- Lead the technical design of spatial audio and haptic feedback systems.
- Mentor a team of engineers and establish best practices for immersive software development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, specifically with C# or C++.
- Expert proficiency in Unity3D, including shaders, particle systems, and the Unity Spatial Awareness API.
- Deep understanding of computer graphics mathematics, linear algebra, and 3D modeling.
- Experience with ARKit, ARCore, or similar spatial computing frameworks (Magic Leap, Quest).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for backend integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to ship production-ready spatial applications.
