Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable quantum neural networks capable of processing multi-dimensional data streams in real-time.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on post-silicon computing and quantum error correction algorithms.
- Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with quantum physicists and machine learning engineers to optimize hardware-software integration.
- Define Roadmaps: Create technical roadmaps for the 2026 product line, ensuring our solutions are ahead of the curve.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest standards of quality and security.
- Client Solutions: Translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for high-level stakeholders and enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML or Quantum Mechanics applications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch; hands-on experience with Qiskit or similar quantum SDKs.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems using innovative technical approaches.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialist or equivalent is a plus.
