Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum-classical hybrid systems for high-performance AI applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel quantum algorithms to optimize machine learning models.
- Mentor and guide a diverse team of quantum physicists, software engineers, and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical quantum solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and minimal error rates in quantum circuit execution.
- Stay ahead of the curve in quantum computing advancements, evaluating new hardware and software stacks.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the quantum infrastructure team.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in quantum computing, AI, or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong command of Python, C++, and parallel computing concepts.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and quantum cloud services.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, R&D environment.
